4. User Responsibilities

5. Payments and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

The Bedtime Stories website, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Stone Labs LLC. Generated story content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute story content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet any particular standard. Story content is AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies or unexpected elements; use your own judgment when sharing with children.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stone Labs LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stone Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
